Biznevo Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Contact information (name, email address) when you join our waitlist, request a demo, or contact us.
• Business information you enter into our demo or platform (business name, descriptions, goals, brand references, uploaded files such as images, videos, or documents, and links you share for analysis such as YouTube videos).
• Account information when you create an account (managed through our authentication provider, Clerk).

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, interactions with generated content, and your edits and approvals of generated content (used to learn your brand preferences — see Section 4).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, language preference. IP addresses are used for security and rate limiting.
• Cookies and similar technologies for session management, language and theme preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Information from integrations (when you connect them):

• If you connect third-party accounts (such as social media or email platforms) via OAuth, we access only the data and permissions you explicitly authorize. We never ask for your passwords to third-party services. You may disconnect integrations at any time.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide the Services: researching your business, generating marketing content and other deliverables, and (with your approval) publishing them.
• To personalize the Services: Biznevo learns your brand from your inputs, edits, and approvals and stores those learnings as part of your business's private profile (see Section 4).
• To improve the Services, including improving the quality of generated outputs.
• To communicate with you about your account, the Services, and updates.
• To enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, and protect security.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. AI Processing and Service Providers

Biznevo orchestrates third-party AI models and infrastructure to deliver the Services. Information you provide may be processed by the following service providers under their respective data protection terms:

• AI model providers: Anthropic (Claude — content generation and quality review), OpenAI (image generation and text embeddings), Google (Gemini — video and content analysis), Perplexity (business research), Replicate (image generation), and Higgsfield (image and video generation).
• Automated execution: some work is performed by managed, automated AI work sessions operated by Biznevo. Each session receives only the context needed for its specific task, credentials are never placed in a session's context, and every session is recorded in an audit log.
• Infrastructure: Vercel (hosting and deployment), Neon (database), Railway (background jobs), Redis (queues and caching).
• Platform services: Clerk (authentication) and, when payments launch, Stripe (payment processing — Biznevo never stores your card details).

We send these providers only the information needed to perform the requested function. We do not permit our AI providers to use your business data to train their publicly available models, to the extent each provider's API terms allow us to opt out, and we select API terms that exclude training use where available.

4. Per-Business Learning (Style Memory)

Biznevo maintains a private profile of your business — your inputs, brand references, preferences it learns from your edits and approvals, and business facts you share (including from videos you submit for analysis). This is what lets your AI employee improve over time.

Your learnings are stored privately for your business only, protected by database-level isolation, and are never shared with or used for any other customer.

You are in control: you can view everything Biznevo has learned, delete any individual item, or reset the learning entirely, at any time, from Settings → Data & privacy in your dashboard.

5. Data Isolation

Customer data is logically isolated per customer using database-level access controls (Row-Level Security). One customer's data is not accessible to another customer.

6. Data Retention

• Waitlist and contact data: retained until you ask us to delete it.
• Demo inputs (from the public demo, without an account): retained for up to 90 days for quality and abuse-prevention purposes, then deleted or anonymized.
• Customer account data, business information, and learned preferences: retained while your account is active so your AI employee keeps its full context — unless you delete specific items or reset your business's memory from your dashboard, which you can do at any time.
• Deletion requests: your account and data are deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records).

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location (including under GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@biznevo.com. We will respond within 30 days. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. International Transfers

We are based in the United States and process data in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

9. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, encrypted credential storage (AES-256-GCM for connected-platform tokens), database-level tenant isolation enforced in code and verified by automated tests, secret scanning in our development pipeline, layered spend limits and circuit breakers, and least-privilege access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Children

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Third-Party Platform Data

When you connect social media or other platform accounts, our use of data received from those platforms complies with each platform's developer policies (including the Meta Platform Terms and the Google API Services User Data Policy). Platform data is used only to provide the features you request, is never sold, and is deleted upon disconnection or account deletion.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify registered users by email.
